Three Sixty Living and Viaduct collaborate

Award-winning estate and lettings agency and Stockport-based housing partnership collaborate and demonstrate the benefit of group structure

Companies from Stockport Homes Group (SHG) have worked collaboratively to sell a new-build property and then list it for rental, demonstrating how the companies complement each other.  

Three Sixty Living is the award-winning lettings and estate agency within SHG, which vow to do estate agency and lettings differently.

That’s exactly what happened recently at Battersby Hat Factory where, a new build property developed by Viaduct Housing and developing contractor Lane End Group was successfully sold with the homebuyer having a plan to then rent the property out. The team from Viaduct put the property owner in touch with Three Sixty Living who later secured the property for its listings and property management books.

The historic Battersby Hat Factory is Viaduct’s latest completed development. The semi-detached house was listed with Three Sixty Living for 3 days before being successfully let over the asking price.
