Guaranteed rent package

18% incl. VAT

Our tenant find fee is £300 including VAT chargeable for new lets.

With our guaranteed rental income package, you get access to everything outlined in our tenant find and full management packages plus if a tenant doesn’t pay rent, we’ll pay that to you until vacant possession is regained.

Leasing offer

Our leasing offer includes everything referenced in the packages above, plus we will pay rent even if the property becomes empty, giving you zero void periods. To discuss pricing on this offer, please get in touch.

Rent collection only

4.8% incl. VAT

Take the hassle out of rent collecting by choosing this service. Our rent recovery team will arrange to collect the rent on your behalf and chase any late payments. Tenants will have access to our Money Advice service and we will send you rental statements for payments received. This is a no rent, no fee service!
