The award, which is judged independently against 25 different criteria including mystery shopping, is awarded to those agencies who demonstrate outstanding levels of customer service. During a series of mystery shopping tests, members of the British Property Awards anonymously approached Three Sixty Living. British Property Awards commended the team on their professionality and excellent customer service. With competition in the SK1 and SK2 postcodes particularly high, the commendation is an honour for Three Sixty Living, who have won the Gold Award in 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and now 2023-2024.
