Three Sixty Living launch a new home-selling service to improve the sales experience and help our communities

We’re proud to have announced the expansion of our services which now includes home sales as part of our online estate agency and property management arm, Three Sixty Living.

Our Three Sixty Living team already work with landlords across Greater Manchester and understand the frustrations some of these property owners have experienced when trying to sell or purchase properties. Hidden expenses, unnecessary stresses added by estate agents and the lack of personalisation with online offerings – this has led to our team launching their home sales service in mid-April 2021, with an experienced team ready to ensure the experience is positive for landlords and buyers.

We aren’t alone in their thoughts about the sector – a company called WiggyWam released a survey in April 2021 that said 80% of homeowners believe the process of buying a house has remained largely the same or has worsened during their lifetime. Meanwhile just over three quarters also believe the service provided by agents and other players in the industry has also declined or remained static.

Three Sixty Living aim to change this with a friendly service that puts people at the heart of the transaction.

There is a free marketing appraisal, free advertising on Rightmove, a free accompanied viewing and no-add-on costs!
